Register for your Tour

This online form allows you to:

  • Register for your Tour
  • securely Input Critical Data (passport, special requests, etc.)
  • Pay Tour Deposit that may be due at registration.

Please pay great attention while filling in this form, as we will use it as the main reference to book your travel tickets.

If you don’t see your tour in the drop-down list of tours, please indicate the destination and/or organizer of the tour in the Notes portion below.

  • Make sure your passport is still valid. The expiration date should be at least 6 months after your return date. You may be declined boarding if your passport expires before this deadline.
  • This information will be used for your airline ticket and accommodation reservations.
  • One registration per traveler is required.
  • Please provide information as it is written in your passport. Incorrect spelling and differences in names on travel documents and personal identification documents, can result in prevention of travelling by airport security.
  • Celestial Voyagers charges between $150-$350, which have to be paid to the airline(s), for any name changes made after air tickets have been issued.

Should your roommate cancel or do not register, a supplement will apply for single supplement unless you advise of another roommate or we automatically allocate you another roommate, if available.

  • Triple and quad sharing is only available for some programs. Check the program details to see if this option is available.
  • Single room supplement applies. See details on the trip page.
  • Important: If you select Single room, you have to select “Single room” in Options below to add it to your booking.

In case of some medical conditions the airlines may refuse boarding, unless you have assistance to travel with you or purchase double seating.
