Every tour is different and the inclusions may vary. It may or may not include international air fare. You can find the inclusions and exclusions under the Features listed with each tour description.
You can always refer to the general “Terms & Conditions” in this site but keep in mind that a special Terms & Conditions from a specific tour will prevail over the general Terms & Conditions.
The minimum number of travelers required for a group tour is 10, but on occasion, we do work with smaller groups ranging between 4 and 8 people.
The number of travelers in each group varies all the time.
On average our group sizes range between 10 to 50 travelers.
Our gourmet groups usually do not exceed 15 to 18 participants.
Large group sizes are limited to the capacity of the coach bus.
No, we do not offer non group tour packages for individual travelers.
Travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour. Premiums for travel insurance vary with traveler age, tour price and the chosen plan. We do recommend travelers get travel insurance. We are affiliated with Allianz, for your convenience, here’s the direct link to Allianz to find out more.
Passports
All passengers must have a passport when traveling outside of the United States, including travel to Canada and Mexico.
Travelers should apply for a passport upon registering for a tour, as it can sometimes take 14 weeks to process. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the tour’s return. Ensure that it has at least 3 blank pages for additional stamps and visas. Refer to the US government’s passport website for more information.
Please note that airlines will not permit passengers to travel if the name on his or her ticket does not match the passport exactly. Ensure that the first, middle and last name on each passenger’s account matches his or her passport.

Visas
Depending on the destination, tour participants may need a tourist visa. Contact our visa services partner to find the specific requirements for each destination country. More information and specific requirements can also be found on the consulate websites of the destination countries and layover countries. Because the applicant must complete the visa application, we depend on the traveler to take care of this step but will be available to answer any questions.

Parental Authorization Form
For tours going to Mexico, Belize, or Brazil, children under the age of 18 require a parental authorization form to be signed and notarized within 30 days of the tour departure date.
Single Room: Sleeps one person. Any type of room could be allocated to one person depending on availability.
Double Room: Sleeps two persons in a matrimonial bed (king or queen size bed).
Twin Room: Sleeps two persons in 2 separate beds.
Triple Room: is a family room for 3 persons, it has a double bed and a single bed or a sofa. On rare occasions, triple rooms with 3 singles beds may also be available.
Quad rooms for 4 persons offer normally 2 queen size beds.
Should you travel with a group of friends you can request connecting rooms or adjoining rooms which are subject to availability.
All tour prices are per person, based on 2 passengers sharing a twin room. Depending on what you prefer, we always show the single room supplements if you do not want to share your room, but triple / quad discounts are not always available.
Baggage fees charged by airlines are not included in our tour price.
They vary with each airline and with the fare type you buy.
We do recommend traveling light with no more than one medium size suitcase and one carry-on.
If you have too many bags or if your luggage is over the allowance, excess baggage fees will apply at the airport when you check-in and the cost may be a very bad surprise!
We accept all major credit card payments, bank transfers and money orders.
Upon request, Celestial Voyagers provides payment schedules. If interested, ask us for more details.
Our tours usually include breakfast daily and a few meals; you should let us know in advance about your special diet requirements; hotels and restaurants will take care of your needs if they know in advance. Special meals with airlines must be requested at least one week prior to departure.
