Overview

Aliza Green, the Philadelphia-based pioneering chef known for her work with local farmers and an experienced culinary tour leader. She is the James Beard Award-winning author of fifteen books including Starting with Ingredients, called “indispensable” by the Wall Street Journal,  Cooking Light Magazine “Top 100 Cookbook of the Last 25 Years” and Field Guide to Herbs & Spices.  Celestial Voyagers has partnered with Chef Green and jointly created a series of unique hands-on Gastronomy tours for 2023-2024.
